Orders take 2-3 business days to process for shipping. Orders are facilitated Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Weekends and holidays are exempt as business days.

Customers will be notified via confirmation email that their order been shipped within 48 hours.

Please contact info@moodydollas.com within 24 hours with your order number to modify or cancel your purchase.
I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS
If you have not received your order within 30 days, please email info@moodydollas.com so we can notify the shipping carrier.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
No. At this time, we only ship within the U.S. region.
ARE P.O. BOX ADDRESSES ACCEPTED?
We DO NOT process orders with P.O. Boxes, A.P.O. Box, or hotel addresses. Email info@moodydollas.com with an alternative destination.

Yes, all candles are created with Coco Apricot crème wax— free from paraffin, phthalates, and lead. Our candle wicks are made from natural wood to improve candle burn time.
WHAT'S THE AVERAGE BURN TIME FOR YOUR CANDLES?
50 hours. The amount may vary per color, fragrance and burning.
